Androsim.exe 1.2 does not install

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download androsim1.2.exe
2.Try to install it on a Windows VM or machine
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Instead of seeing the steps to install the tool, the screen dissapears and 
nothing happens.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Androsim1.2, on Win XP VM on Virtual PC, as well as tried on a physical Win 7 
system.

Please provide any additional information below.
