Mobile menu doesn't open in view when scrolled down on desktop

If scrolled down, even a tiny bit, and opening the mobile menu on desktop it doesn't scroll up.

Not a problem on iOS Safari. Needs to be tested on other mobile browsers. If it's a desktop only problem might not need to fix.
