Description

BREAKING CHANGE: From now on krt-v1 versions will not be supported in KRE. This commit also refactors code and some internal logic.

Motivation and Context

With these changes we would like to encourage teams using Konstellation to upgrade their code bases to krt-v2.

[X] Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to not work as expected)
