Automate git clone of gitea repositories in user volume #109

When the user open the user tools within a project the git repo should be cloned within the UserTools volume imagen

DevOps Tasks:

[x] Dockerfile
- [x] Create restricted user with home folder to mount ssh keys and clone repos
[x] .gitlab-ci.yml
- [x] Semantic Release stage
- [x] Build Docker image and push to Docker Hub
[x] Add to user-repo-cloner to userTools operator
