rename repos to reflect intention

change gitlab repos with CI suffix to indicate that there is no code and is only used as CI.

Example:

Gitlab.com => CI repos (-ci suffix) Gitlab.intelygenz.com => Internal deployment (-cd suffix) Github.com => Code
