Here github-wikibot first added an URL with tailing slash, later added the same URL without tailing slash and after some user removed the version without tailing slash, it added it again.

[ ] Don't add a URL to the Homepage if the same, except for normalization already exists.
[ ] Investigate what the Wikidata rules state about tailing slash and if we could better handle it

Afaik this should be resolved by fa71127ac8f508aee74cfb5ee8c28fd419bf87f1 since it now uses whatever the website uses (which is imho the only reasonable policy)
