just ran into an issue with a vultr provision where we started with 2 nodes but argocd couldn't schedule because it was waiting on a 3rd for scale up
10:14 i hadn't run into this before, but i'm gonna change gitops-template for vultr to start with 3 nodes and scale up to 5
