details about the handoff between kubefirst oss and kubefirst pro:

ready page step needs an update in terminology used for the handoff
login page needs an update for the logo, terms of service link (all links)
kubefirst-pro-ui instance should be updated with kubefirst pro logo
@carrie should have input on terminology
@donna can have design ready by monday
