Convert sack to tool sack that can handle konstructing
Add a konstructing plugin
Load konstructs for konstructing plugin from configuration file
Let the tool sack use the konstructing plugin to constract any matching pattern
Change player to always lift blocks from inventories and then put them back rather than moving them around

@nsg This is a minimal version of konstructing, I will update the client protocol now

The config format only supports konstructing from 1 block to another, but I just wanted to show how it can be made really simple for simple use cases. I will extended it to also support the full use case of the Pattern system.
