Presence after subscription accepted at 1970 #306

When the subscription workflow ends, in some cases we got last seen at 1970-01-01. This is due to not receiving unavilable presence after accepting an invitation.

Presence is delivered to clients as subscribed, with an attached <delay/>. Should we use that or is it a Tigase bug? If the former, Smack should take care of that.
