Messages skip to next connection when failed #68

When a message fails to deliver during that tricky tiny race condition with the conflict-with-broken-resource thing, at least the first message is not delivered immediately, resulting in a wrong order of delivery. The undelivered messages will be delivered on the next recipient's connection. Sometimes they are not delivered at all!

Some reports were opened to the Tigase team but since it's really hard to debug, it's not been easy for them to help me (or help them providing exact logs for the situation, since it can span across several minutes of logs, and Tigase is very verbose).
