Trusted key store generation #3

A local trust store should be supported for particular situations where a strictly controlled environment is preferred. Modify the entrypoint to generate a trust key store from a list of files in a certs directory or something.

Fixed internally for production use.

Reopening, I will publish the production code used on Zeta. Also fix the truststore copy issue that recently came up.
