~~Need to disable specs I think, it all relies on the version list and binaries being public.~~

Need CHPHAROS_TOKEN to travis secrets (which will mean PRs will never pass tests)

Fixes #21

Specs will never pass on PRs even with the token in secrets (secrets are not exposed on PRs)
