Upgrade to 3.1.0 fails on Centos when installing kubeadm

What happened: The script pharos-cluster/lib/pharos/host/el7/scripts/upgrade-kubeadm.sh fail because the downloaded rpm is named:

a86b51d48af8df740035f8bc4c0c30d994d5c8ef03388c21061372d5c5b2859d-kubeadm-1.18.1-0.x86_64.rpm
