~Focal test errors out with:~

E: The repository 'https://download.docker.com/linux/ubuntu focal Release' does not have a Release file.

~As it appears docker upstream doesn't have a .deb for focal. Should docker.io package from Ubuntu be used instead?~ Edit: This is due to my incorrect travis config which has now been corrected.
