etcd problem #781

New fresh install and this problem happened: 2018-11-07 19:40:06.338825 C | etcdmain: cannot fetch cluster info from peer urls: could not retrieve cluster information from the given urls this was a etc container log. Any idea?

When i run with --debug it's stuck in 

++ curl -s --noproxy '*' --cacert /etc/pharos/pki/ca.pem --cert /etc/pharos/pki/etcd/client.pem --key /etc/pharos/pki/etcd/client-key.pem https://185.255.91.84:2379/health
    + response=

docker just restart container in less than a second.

Close the issue due to mis-configuarion. some file were remained and made problems
