We had to change to the new Kontent branding, removed all references to kentico cloud, changed namespaces to match new branding

[x] Automated tests have been added
[x] Tests are passing
[x] Docs have been updated (if applicable)
[ ] Temporary settings (e.g. variables used during development and testing) have been reverted to defaults
