Which issue does this fix? Fixes #61

[x] Temporary settings (e.g. project ID used during development and testing) have been reverted to defaults

Check if the generated CustomTypeProvider.cs file contains a valid C# code and it does what it should.

Let's wait for https://github.com/Kentico/delivery-sdk-net/milestone/8 to be finalized before we merge this PR (causing an automatic release).
