Style sticky actions #158

This PR adds styling to any element with data-kontour-section="kontourStickyActions", making it sticky to either top or bottom depending on which way its original position is outside the viewport.

Also, this PR rearranges the sass variables for colors and introduces $kontour-spacing-base to enable consistent spacing through margins and padding.

@erik-epineer I managed to get Travis CI working with Laravel 5.* by locking versions of testbench-dusk, can you please review this PR again now?
