This PR just updates the nom dependencies to latest versions.

To test I've done a dev build and then a production build, and the output is identical to previous versions so nothing has really changed!

The build 👇 fails because of some chromedriver issues on Travis. I suggest we wait a few days and see if it clears 😄

There! Now the build passes after I fixed the chrome driver updater for Travis! @erik-epineer will you please review this PR now?
