bugs

[x] why fetch button, eg. after clicking "My Lists"? Can we instead link to /lists/unsorted, the site of all lists?
[x] Is also a solution to this: User needs to be able to access all screens from mobile view.

[x] UI: add list and add bookmark as small plus next to My bookmarks / My Lists
[x] UI: h1 on all pages the same style
[x] UI: bookmark UI. normal cursor on hover. only on URL hover show cursor + underline
