share ethereum-specific knowledge: which dApps and hacks share similarities

as an Ethereum community member, i want a list of all my favorite dApps, tools and hackathon hacks, ordered by similarity, to connect hackers with similar ideas and tools to develop their hacks into products and gain recognition in the community for doing that as a new Ethereum community member, i want a list of all my favorite dApps, tools and hackathon hacks, ordered by similarity, to know what useful thing I can build

user pain:

• knowledge about ethereum dApps and hacks (below a certain following) don't get attention
• as a new dev, it's hard to find community members with similar ideas, tools, dApps, hacks

why is that?

• hard to achieve visibility in a community which mainly discovers people/projects/ideas on twitter
• low visibility through google
  • ethereum.org only lists a couple of dApps
  • dappradar etc show popular dApps, but not the mass of ideas
• best way to discover x, is to find an experienced mentor manually

we want to increase discoverability:

• incentivize sharing lists (of projects and their teams)
• incentivize curating lists
• make lists indexable, searchable, with tags
• central place to find these lists
• central place to comment on the list items
