as an Ethereum community member, i want to have a list of useful links (eg. dApp projects, resources about dApp development, product design), to

user need / pain:

reddit is all public. anyone can read. anyone can write
- which results in a lot of noise. and the need for moderation
- and in a bad overview
- low machine readability
i want to see what 'people i follow' rate high in the lists

solutions:

access control. read and write
access control. web of trust. I can make people 'admins'. So they can give write access, too.
order list by relevancy, by time, by who added the link
order list by 'people i follow on twitter'. 'what would Dan Finlay / pedroid / Dylan Field' think about this topic?
