[DOCS] Document new ability to match annotated symbols and the new locations #660

After https://github.com/konveyor/analyzer-lsp/pull/659 is merged, we need to document the new possibilities of matching annotations and also the new locations.

Also, now we should be able to match against methods and constructor with particular signatures.
