Consider move CI status to operator page #1

As this CI repo doesn't aim to execute tests, but only display test execution result badges, there is no complexity and it is worth considering if the CI status should be displayed on https://github.com/konveyor/tackle2-operator README page instead.

(testing guidelines would be needed to move somewhere too)

Based on Fabian's work on workflows for Konveyor CI, this repo should exist also in future, closing this issue.
