Create "allowCredentials default value" rule #125

According to the migration guide:

The allowCredentials flag has been changed from true to false by default to align with similar behavior change previously made in the 5.x branch. This can be re-enabled by setting it explicitly, e.g. via @CrossOrigin annotations.

Investigate and create rules if necessary for this new default behaviour.

In the rule description and message, try to be as verbose and clear as possible. Code examples are always welcome and useful. Feel free to use markdown syntax for these.
