Rules for Spring Boot 3.0 core changes #185

Investigate and create the necessary rules for the "Core changes" section of the migration guide.

Investigate each rule thoroughly before starting to write it.

In the rule description and message, try to be as verbose and clear as possible. Code examples are always welcome and useful. Feel free to use markdown syntax for these.
