WHY

2 different applications can have same answers for an assessment

WHAT

Copy the answers of an assessment from an assessed application to a non assessed application

HOW

Create copyAssessment endpoint receiving source application and target application

SCOPE

Copy the whole assessment structure with category comments, questions and answers, stakeholders and stakeholdergroups and status. Check that target application doesn't have a live assessment Check that source application has an assessment
