Changing to a lower resolution and making the game windowed, then switching back to fullscreen makes the UI huge. (Teleporting scales UI back to normal)

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Change to a lower resolution
Go into windowed
Play or a few seconds
Change back to native resolution
Make game fullscreen
UI should be bigger than usual
Teleport and UI will scale back to normal
