Need better test coverage of gtest-death-test.cc #168

The test coverage of gtest-death-test.cc stands at 66% now. In part this is
due to code that is invoked on other platforms but some parts of the file
are simply not covered.

Is the test coverage really inadequate for death tests?  I suspect not.

Note that the test coverage tool we use only tracks code in the parent process 
(I
think), and it only takes into account the Linux code path, so the result is 
skewed.

I believe death tests have adequate test coverage.
