patch to compile on OpenBSD #288

This patch allows googletest to be compiled on OpenBSD. The author of this 
patch is actually Niels Provos (niels@google.com), I'm just sending it 
upstream on his behalf.

Just a note: "make check" doesn't build with success, but the OpenBSD machine I 
have 
access to is somewhat old, and only has gcc 3.x on it.

I believe this is fully covered in the revision 448, so I'm closing the issue. 
Please let us know if it still doesn't work for you.
