Smart Search: Feature request: hotkeys #16

Feature request: configurable hotkeys (shortcuts) for each search engine.

Alternative: a hotkey for the search engine that is the first in the list.

I just added the configuration for "Search with" without specifying the search engine. The version under approve can be found at this link: https://plugins.jetbrains.com/files/14615/410923/smart-search.jar.
