TileConfig.bin? #12

Are there any scripts coming that can decode TileConfig.bin? Do we know anything about it?

Take a look on https://github.com/koolkdev/ManiacEditor/blob/master/RSDKv5/TilesConfig.cs

Most of it is known, but there are 5 unknown bytes.
