Health vs HudsonClient refactor #34

Hudson health can have multiple values - e.g. build health and junit
health, which hudson tracks separately. If you look in the patch I
submitted in issue 32, this is compensated for by iterating over all health
results and taking the minimum value found. This seems to have been lost in
the refactoring of HudsonClient done in v1.0.6
