Empty URL should not be an error

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In Eclipse Hudson preferences, enter an empty Hudson server URL
2. Try to navigate to another preference page

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: selected preference page appears.
Actual: invalid configuration error, impossible to navigate to another 
preference page.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Eclipse 3.3.1
Hudson-eclipse 1.0.3
Sun Java 1.6.1_02
Windows XP Pro SP2

Please provide any additional information below.
This is annoying when working in a workspace where Hudson is not used: if 
one accidentally clicks on the hudson preference entry for example, the 
only way out is to cancel the entire dialog. Attached is a screenshot 
(user has navigated first to hudson preferences, then tries to access 
aspectj preferences).

Fixed in 1.0.4. Empty urls are now allowed.
