TFileOpenDialog requires Windows Vista or later. #47

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install new package, then hit next until "Select Packages" page, XP users 
w'll get the error:
TFileOpenDialog requires Windows Vista or later.
I think as the message said, its because of TFileOpenDialog.

Mr. DURSUN can you use try to use standard TOpenDialog?

version: 0.62 'Cindy'

OS: XP sp3.

I forget to mention that the message only appears when the user click on: "Add 
packages" tool button.
