Table cell border problem #125

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Load the attached file "Table Cell border problem.htm" into the HtmlViewer demo 
and compare the output to the Firefox reference screenshot.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

HtmlViewer SVN 245 renders thick grey borders around cells, in addition to the 
1px black table border.

Correct rendering shows no cell borders but only the black, outer table border.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

SVN 245.

This issue might be related to #124. I still provided it here because it is a 
more simple example for the cell border problem.

#124, I believe, demonstrates more complex table border problems.
