Has inheritance gone in 11.3? #164

It seems, that TD's does not inherite from TABLE and TR's.

I can produce mauny examples if needed.

Thanks for trying HtmlViewer 11.3!

Please have a look at the QuirksMode. 

If it is qmQuirks or if it is set to qmDetect and your html pages do not 
specify a "modern" html version (roughly said: at least 4.01), then this is not 
a bug, but a feature. 

It is qmDetect by default.

Please see comment of THtmlParser.ShouldUseQuirksMode() in ReadHtml.pas for 
exact detection rule.
