Hi,

I'm sorry, but I don't understand. Which 2 colors do you mean? The only obvious 
difference I can see is the thickness of the border (and the missing image icon 
of course).

I mean the color of the frame image. Perhaps there are mixed color codes.

The document does not define the color for marking a missing image. 
Neither does it define the thickness of that marker. 
Firefox (20) does not draw a special border at all.

Therefore I decided to not take action on this issue.
