Question regarding †characters #225

I'm using HTMLViewer in an email app. One email I've received recently has the
text in base64 encoding. I'm using Synapse and the base64 decode is fine apart
from a couple of lines like:

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:&quot;Lucida
Sans&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;;color:#1F497D">Not a chance – It is
the one place that I’ve been to that really does not agree with
me.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

Should HTMLViewer cope with this or do I need to translate first?

D2006, HTMLViewer 11.2

Tirundeth,

the base64 decoded text is UTF-8 encoded. The UTF-8 decoded text looks like
this:

Not a chance – It is the one place that I’ve been to that really does not
agree with me.
