Html Viewer - Table Border Issue #227

Which steps will reproduce the problem?
1) Create and simple table and apply stylesheet to table and load it in 
Htlmviewer component. The styles are not proper.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

HTMLVIEWER Version   11.3

Hi,

which QuirksMode do you use? Table rendering dependings on that.

HtmlViewer 11.4 will come up with some table rendering bug fixes.
You can download the current development status from 
http://code.google.com/p/thtmlviewer/source/checkout or post a simple html 
document that produces the erroneous layout.
