Label for does not work

Which steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try using the for attribute for a label like the document attached to this 
report.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect the label to clickable.  When clicked, it should act as if the element 
it's linked to was clicked.  This does not happen.

Which version of the product are you using? Which compiler version are you
using? On which operating system?

Delphi XE3 and Win32.  This probably effects all systems.

Please attach test html files and screenshots, if appropriate.

attribute "for" is not (yet) implemented.
