Clicking labels should focus/select their associated form elements #267

Which steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open the attached test case
2. Click the label "Text field:" and "Checkbox"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
After clicking the "Text field:" label the text input field should have the 
focus and after clicking the "Checkbox" label the checkbox should be checked.
Currently the labels do not interact with their associated controls.

Which version of the product are you using? Which compiler version are you
using? On which operating system?
r427, Delphi XE, Windows 7
