Text select garbled with Unicode text (Arabic) - Support text-direction right-to-left

Which steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open sample html file which contain Unicode text (here Arabic)
2. Select some text, the selected text will garbled

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Garbled text when select Arabic text

Which version of the product are you using? Which compiler version are you
using? On which operating system?
Sample compiled with Delphi 7, also Delphi XE

Please attach test html files and screenshots, if appropriate.
Please provide any additional information:

Hi,

unfortunately HtmlViewer does not support text direction from right to left and 
currently it is not on the agenda.
