HTML entities missing a semicolon should be automatically corrected and 
displayed correctly.

Which steps will reproduce the problem?
Open the attached test case.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
"Bäume" should be displayed. Instead you'll see "B&aumlme".

Which version of the product are you using? Which compiler version are you 
using? On which operating system?
r431, Delphi XE, Windows 7
