Implement :first-child pseudo-class #288

The :first-child pseudo-class selector is currently not recognized.

Which steps will reproduce the problem?
Open the attached test case.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There should be two <div>s. The lower one should have a blue background and the 
upper one a red background.

Which version of the product are you using? Which compiler version are you 
using? On which operating system?
r431, Delphi XE, Windows 7
