Implement CSS 2.1 attribute selectors #293

The four different attribute selectors defined in CSS 2.1[1] are currently not 
recognized.

Which steps will reproduce the problem?
Open the attached test case.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There should be seven paragraphs. The paragraphs should be styled as shown in 
the attached screenshot.

Which version of the product are you using? Which compiler version are you 
using? On which operating system?
r432, Delphi XE, Windows 7
