Spatial queries examples don't work

The examples don't change response when changing the geometry

• http://koop.dc.esri.com/github/smartchicago/chicago-atlas/db::import::zipcodes/FeatureServer/0/query?geometry=-180,-90,180,90
• http://koop.dc.esri.com/github/smartchicago/chicago-atlas/db::import::zipcodes/FeatureServer/0/query?geometry=160,-90,180,90

I'll take a look, I'm guessing it's because the spatial parameter is malformed.
