Koop Feature Services do not work with WAB search widget #19

The WAB search widget does not work with koop feature service output. It appears that the search simply grabs the default record set and displays.

It does seem to work if the values are typed exactly to match.

A couple follow up points A) is appears that the UPPER function in the query string might be the current set back for finding the correct value. (this might also be an issue with just the elasticsearch provider, not sure) B) the Zoom to functionality might** be an issue with objectids that are not currently supported (64b)
