Collecting Newly Registered/Unregistered Indicators #5

When a new orgs joins an initiative, and the indicator is mapped, how do we ensure the indicator gets immediately rolled up into the composite FS? Similarly when an org de-registers from an initiative, that the aggregate FS drops that data as soon as possible.
